When our client purchased her 1901 craftsman-style home, she sought to blend its historic charm with mid-century modern aesthetics while supporting her passion for cooking and entertaining. The transformation began with relocating the furnace-a change that doubled the kitchen's size and significantly improved functionality.
The redesigned kitchen now features custom sage green cabinetry, brass hardware, and a concealed vent hood framed by windows showcasing serene backyard views. Open shelving, an appliance tower, and pristine quartz countertops deliver both practicality and clean, modern aesthetics.
In the bathroom, earthy green hexagon tile flooring grounds the spa-inspired retreat, complemented by brass fixtures and wood accents. A luxurious wet room with freestanding tub, expanded shower, and heated floors offers comfort and indulgence.
This thoughtfully renovated home not only reflects the client's personal style but elevates daily life-supporting routines, inspiring relaxation, and providing the perfect setting for hosting gatherings. It's a space designed for living well, inside and out.
