Thoughtfully curated furnishings are what makes your house a home. For our interior decorating projects, we offer a turn-key experience— complete with a final reveal!
ROOM FURNISHING:
(LIVING SPACES / DINING ROOMS / BEDROOMS / OFFICES / MEDIA ROOMS, ETC.)
Design of furniture layout and built-in features, including the selection of all furniture, finishes, window coverings, wall treatments, artwork and lighting.
For a single room or multiple rooms, we work with you to develop a custom design concept based on your personal style and that of the space. We source all of the furniture pieces necessary to complete each project and present our recommendations at a design meeting. We provide detailed floor plans and design boards of the proposed furnishings, to help you visualize your new space.
Once all items are approved, we will coordinate placement of all furniture orders and oversee installation - for a complete luxury room transformation!
Design fee starting at $4,500 per room, based on scope of work per space (does not include the cost of products)
DECOR + STYLING
(LIVING SPACES / DINING ROOMS / BEDROOMS / OFFICES / KITCHENS, ETC.)
Selection and styling of all decorative accessories (vases, plants, trays, decorative objects, throw pillows, etc) for a single room or multiple rooms.
For each interior styling project, we work with our clients to develop a custom concept based on their personal style and that of the space. We source all the finishing touches needed to complete the room— as well as purchase, install, and style each piece for a fully finished, photo-ready space.
Design fee starting at $1,500 per room, based on scope of work per space.
