We begin every home renovation project with an Initial Consultation.
During the consultation, we will:
Assess the layout and function of your space
Brainstorm design ideas and discuss possible solutions
Discuss your style preferences and make material/finish recommendations
Review budget and timelines
After a detailed assessment of your needs, budget, and scope of work we will present you with a proposal for design services. We understand that you may just need to gather information to decide whether to start your project now, or a year from now. There is no commitment to move forward after the consultation. Whether you choose to continue your project with us or not, we'd love to help you get started. And set you up for success!
Consultation Fee: $500
CUSTOM DESIGN PLAN
Design of interior layout and built-in features, including the selection of interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware and lighting, as well as creation of project drawings.
Design to Elevate provides comprehensive design services for kitchen, bath or whole home remodels. We work with you to develop a custom design concept based on your personal style and that of the space. We then present options based on your needs and budget to review with you during our design meetings.
The end result of is a set of comprehensive plans that can be used to obtain construction bids, and to provide clients and collaborators with a strong visual representation of the space.
Our detailed design plans document all the necessary information for your contractor to provide accurate pricing for your project up front, helping to ensure that your project is crafted as you envisioned, and allowing your contractor to focus on what he does best.
Having a plan in place before construction and purchasing begins will encourage the construction process go more smoothly. Fewer change orders and less decisions made under pressure? Yes, please!
IMPLEMENTATION
In addition to providing a Custom Design Plan, Design to Elevate is available to coordinate with your preferred contractor, acting as the go-to for all design related questions that may arise during the bid and construction process, helping to ensure the design intent is carried out from start to finish.
